John Kerr

John Kerr has extensive experience in surveying and geographic information systems (GIS), with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Mapping Technician at Teranet Inc. since January 1995, John has held various roles, including GIS Analyst and Survey Control Technician, while collaborating closely with MPAC and MPBSDP. Prior professional experiences include positions as Party Chief and Survey Technician at W.M. Fenton Surveying and Wm Bennett Surveying, respectively, as well as earlier roles at Young and Young Surveying and the City of Toronto Surveying and Mapping Dept. Additionally, John managed a census workforce at Statistics Canada and began the career as a Survey Technician at Krcmar Surveyors Ltd. John holds a Science Specialist degree in Land Surveying from the University of Toronto, earned between 1988 and 1992.
