Winnie Chung

Winnie Chung is a Senior Software Engineer at TeraRecon, Inc. since July 2016, with a strong background in software development and system architecture gained during a 16-year tenure at BNY Mellon. In previous roles, Winnie served as a Specialist Developer and Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with Business Analysis and operations to provide system change recommendations, reviewing code from offshore developers, and supporting QA testing efforts. As an Application Architect, Winnie led application development using Microsoft .NET technology and managed DB2 and mainframe integrations, while earlier work included writing functional specifications and developing applications using Windows Microsoft, VB 6, and ADO. Winnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The City College of New York and a Master's degree in Telecommunication from Pace University.
