Michael Ruddock

Michael Ruddock is a finance professional and fluent German speaker with extensive experience in systems implementation and process improvement. They served as Finance Director at WTMS Ltd from 2006 to 2017, where they oversaw financial reporting and compliance across global operations. In 2018, they worked as an Interim Systems Implementation and FP&A for John Henry Group, creating more efficient reporting and budgeting models. Currently, Ruddock is implementing IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley controls at TeraView, while having previously held roles in various organizations, including Cambridge Maintenance Services and the British Antarctic Survey. They hold an MBA from The Open University, completed in 2011.
