Camilo Ramirez

Camilo Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Camilo is currently working as a Product Lead at TeraWatt Infrastructure, where their role involves developing technology and solutions for large electrified fleets to promote the electrification of major fleets and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Prior to their current role, Camilo was the Head of Product at Promise in 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Product at SmartHop from 2020 to 2022, where they played a key role in leading the product organization and achieving a 5X user growth in the trucking industry.

Camilo also worked at Uber for several years, holding various positions including Product Manager and Senior Global Product Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the driver onboarding experience worldwide, building a global compliance community, and launching compliance products for Uber trips and orders worldwide.

Before their time at Uber, Camilo worked as a Business Professional at Colombia Compra Eficiente - Agencia Nacional de Contratación Pública - where they led market research, financial valuation, and negotiations for IT and Insurance framework agreements for the Colombian government.

Camilo began their career at Carvajal Información, where they served as a Strategic Planning Specialist and Financial Planning Analyst. Camilo also worked as an External Assessor at the Senate of the Republic of Colombia.

Throughout their career, Camilo has demonstrated a strong track record of product development, strategic planning, and leadership, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked with.

Camilo Ramirez attended Universidad de Los Andes from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Economics with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
