Eric Lemaire

Eric Lemaire, Eng. has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Président and Treasurer for the 776 Rotary-Levis Squadron - Air Cadets of Canada since June 2018. At TeraXion since May 2005, Eric has held several key roles including Quality Director, where responsibilities included managing the Quality Management System for ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and Process and Product Engineering Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team and overseeing new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Evaluator of Quebec Performance Awards with Mouvement québécois de la qualité, Program Manager at OCLARO focusing on product qualification, and various engineering roles at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, contributing to the development of new technologies and processes. Eric holds an Engineer physicist degree from Polytech Grenoble and a Technologist degree in Instrumentation from the University Institute of Technology - Orsay.
