Carol Lumm

Carol Lumm has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at TERC since October 1992. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Personnel Manager at The Architects Collaborative in Cambridge, MA, from 1989 to 1992, and worked as the Manager of Administrative Services at the same organization from 1987 to 1989. Carol holds a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, obtained between 1977 and 1979, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Boston University, completed from 1970 to 1974.
