Derek Everitt

Derek Everitt is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles, primarily at Terex Corporation since May 2006. At Terex, Derek has held various key positions, including Vice President of Investor Relations, Vice President of Parts & Services, Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, and Vice President of the Terex Transformation Program. Prior to Terex, Derek served as President of SourceRight.com Corporation from 1998 to 2006 and worked as a Consultant at Monitor Group from 1993 to 1998. Derek holds a Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
