Eric Parent

Eric Parent, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Terex Corporation since February 2011. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at BAE Systems from October 2001 to January 2011 and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Key Plastics from January 1997 to September 2001. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, along with an Associate's Degree in Supervision, both from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
