Grant Smith

Grant Smith is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax accounting and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Global Tax Accounting & Compliance at Terex Corporation since December 2019, Grant previously held roles as Senior Manager in both Tax Compliance and U.S. Tax Accounting & Compliance at Terex Corporation and Xylem Inc. Notably, Grant built a strong foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, advancing from Tax Intern to Tax Senior Associate between 2005 and 2012. Grant holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting & Finance and Insurance, from Northeastern University.
