Harish Bugadi is an experienced design engineer with a solid background in mechanical engineering. From 2009 to 2012, Harish worked at Actualize Consulting Engineers (India) Pvt Ltd as a design engineer, followed by a role at LeeBoy Construction Equipment Private Limited from 2013 to 2018, focusing on excavators and drill rig attachments. Harish then served as a senior design engineer and application engineer at MIVEN MAYFRAN CONVEYORS PVT LTD from May 2018 to August 2022, and is currently engaged with Terex Corporation as a senior design engineer and lead engineer from August 2022 to June 2025, leading new product development initiatives.
