Kyle Odin

Kyle Odin is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and financing. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Terex Corporation since November 2015, Kyle specializes in global equipment leasing, financing, supply chain contracting, and data privacy matters. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as Counsel at IBM Global Financing from January 2007 to November 2015, with a focus on equipment leasing, commercial financing, and corporate governance. Earlier in the career, Kyle was an Associate at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, practicing general corporate and commercial transactions law. Kyle holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut.
