Previously, they served as President and CEO of Environmental Solutions Group from 2010 to 2025, where they oversaw a portfolio of leading companies including Heil and Marathon. Carroll also held leadership positions at DE-STA-CO and Terex Utilities between 2001 and 2010 and began their career in business management at Ingersoll-Rand Drilling Solutions. They earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999 and a BS in Engineering Science from Montana Technological University in 1988.
