Rafael Lima

Rafael Lima currently serves as an Inside Sales Analyst at Terex Corporation, a position held since December 2019, where responsibilities include managing key accounts in LATAM and overseeing the order lifecycle for efficient service. Prior to this role, Rafael was a Junior Inside Sales member supporting order entries and tracking manufacturing orders from factories in the US, Italy, and China. Experience also includes an internship as an International Marketing and Sales Intern at ADOHM - NIKULSAN, where marketing and sales strategies were developed, as well as a Business Intelligence Internship at Siemens Healthineers that focused on new business prospecting in South America. Earlier work includes a position as a Concierge Assistant at AXA, catering to Visa Premium customers. Rafael holds a degree in International Relations from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and is currently pursuing an MBA in Digital Business Management and Artificial Intelligence at USP/Esalq.
