Ryan Davis has extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS), reporting, and analytics, currently serving as the Global Director of HRIS, Reporting & Analytics at Terex Corporation since October 2020, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager within the same domain. Prior to this, Ryan contributed to Genie – a Terex brand as Human Resources Manager, and held various positions at Terex Corporation, including HR Operations and Analytics Leader. Experience also includes a significant tenure at Esterline as a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst & Project Manager, where Ryan drove a transformative workforce analytics strategy.
