Steve O'Neal

Steve O'Neal has extensive experience in sales management, with a focus on the construction and roadbuilding industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Terex Corporation's Roadbuilding Division since 1999, O'Neal directs sales and profitability efforts across several Southeastern US states. Prior to this role, O'Neal managed asphalt plant direct sales for Cedarapids/Raytheon Corporation, achieving significant annual sales and overseeing international territories. Earlier positions included leading sales and customer development for Standard Havens, Inc. and serving as Branch Manager for Trico Equipment Company, where O'Neal successfully managed operations and sales growth. O'Neal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and has further educational credentials from The University of Alabama.
