Tom Olszewski

Tom Olszewski serves as the Country Manager - Business Director for Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Russia at Terex Financial Services since May 2009, overseeing significant business opportunities in these regions. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. as a Leasing & Asset Finance Sales Leader, where responsibilities included developing and managing a start-up project for corporate banking customers. Tom also held the position of Sales Director at Deutsche Leasing Group, managing a sales team and collaborating with European peers and global vendor management. Earlier in their career, Tom was a Sales Manager at Siemens Financial Services, focusing on leasing and asset finance sales. Tom holds an Executive MBA from Nottingham Business School and a Master of Science in Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
