Valmir Costa is a production engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industrial sector. Currently, at Konecranes, Valmir leads a machining team and oversees industrial maintenance, focusing on the manufacturing of spare parts and machinery repairs. Valmir has held positions at various companies, including Terex Corporation and Demag Cranes & Components, where they have contributed to the production of mechanical parts for cranes and hoists. Valmir began their career as a CNC programmer at Vastec Equipamentos Industriais LTDA and has a continuous educational pursuit in production engineering at Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
