Hamza Faiz

Hamza Faiz is a Software Engineer specializing in Mission Control Systems at TERMA Group since November 2017, with a focus on the maintenance and development of the SCOS-2000 software for the European Space Operations Centre and providing software support for the Solar Orbiter's Launch and Early Orbit Phase. Prior experience includes an internship as a Flight Software Engineer at CNES, where Hamza worked on the Eye-Sat nanosatellite, and another internship at LESIA - Observatoire de Paris, involved in orbital mechanics for the Pic-Sat nanosatellite. Contributions also include a student project at Airbus Safran Launchers on image processing for space surveillance and numerical optimization at Observatoire de Paris. Hamza holds a degree in Astronomical and Space-based Systems Engineering from Université Paris Cité and has completed engineering studies at IPSA and VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
