Helle Knudsen

Helle Knudsen has over 30 years of diverse work experience. Helle is currently the Chief Specialist (VP), Head of Strategy & Transformation at TERMA Group since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Owner of Insio from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Director, Head of Business Transformation & Analysis at TERMA Group. Helle has also worked as the Head of Shared Service Centre at DT Group from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they served as the Chief Specialist (VP), Performance Management and Chief Specialist (VP), Head of Performance Concepts at Vestas from 2007 to 2015. Helle also worked at JYSK as the Group Controlling Manager from 1997 to 2007. Helle started their career at Schur Flexible A/S as a Controller & Management Assistant from 1995 to 1996. Helle began their professional journey as an Auditor at PwC from 1990 to 1995.

Helle Knudsen obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) with a specialization in Financial and Management Accounting from Aarhus University between 1991 and 1995. Helle further pursued studies in Leadership and Personal Development at Pathfinder in 2008 and 2009.
