Lars Tolstrup is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at TERMA Group since October 2020, Lars previously held various roles within the Terma organization, including Director of Business Development at Terma North America Inc and Director of Airborne Sales at Terma A/S, focusing on market campaign management and strategic key account management. With a background in integrated logistics services and sales and marketing of airborne systems, Lars has also managed proposal teams for complex systems integration and developed new business opportunities for different aircraft types. Lars’s career began at the Danish Army Artillery School, progressing through roles in engineering and management, complemented by an E-MBA in Change Management from Aarhus University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Vitus Bering.
