Mette Lawaetz

Mette Lawaetz has extensive experience in the legal field. Mette started their career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the US District Court -- Federal Court in 2003, before working as a Paralegal at Dean and Heimos, LLC. In 2004, they became an Advokat at Kromann Reumert. Mette then joined Terma A/S as a Legal Counsel in 2007, and later moved to Per Aarsleff A/S as a Legal counsel in 2012. In 2015, they became a Corporate Legal Advisor at Vestas Wind Systems A/S. Currently, Mette is working at TERMA Group, where they started as a Senior Legal Counsel and is now serving as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel.

Mette Lawaetz completed an ABA Certified Paralegal program at the Denver Paralegal Institute in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Aarhus University from 1995 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Law.
