Ren Lim

Ren Lim is an experienced professional in the maritime and defense sectors, currently serving as the APAC Naval Sales Manager at TERMA Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ren Lim worked at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine for over six years, holding positions as Snr. Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand, and Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia. Earlier career experience includes roles as Area Sales Manager at AMI Sales, Head of Department at Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd., and Field Service Engineer at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine. Ren Lim began a career in naval systems with the Republic of Singapore Navy as a Naval System Specialist from July 1997 to June 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor (Hon) of Arts in Business Management from Northumbria University, a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore, and a Diploma in Electronics and Computer from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
