Renae Hand

Renae Hand has a strong work experience in finance and performance management. Renae currently holds the position of Senior Director, Finance & Performance Management at TERMA Group since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Performance Management at TERMA Group from April 2021 to July 2023. Renae also has previous experience as a Finance Manager at Vertex Aerospace from July 2018 to April 2021 and at L3 Technologies from July 2011 to April 2021.

Renae Hand earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Florida State University between 2006 and 2009. Renae later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia College & State University, completing it between 2015 and 2017.
