Sreya Chatterjee

Sreya Chatterjee has been working in the field of Human Resources and Counseling since 2012. Sreya began their career as an Intern at Humour Me Pvt Ltd in 2012, where they worked as a Creative Executive. In 2013, they interned at RAHI Foundation, where they conducted field research and presented at a workshop to increase awareness about Child Sexual Abuse in India. In 2015, they interned at Udayan Care, where they developed workshop modules and presented ways of promoting mental health care. In 2016, they worked as a Counselor at Blue Bells Model School. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at MSLGROUP as a Management Associate and at The Design Village - India as a Guest Lecturer. Currently, they are employed at TerminusDB as the Director of People Services, Human Resources Generalist, and Lead Administrator.

Sreya Chatterjee's education history began in 1997 when they attended Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan. Sreya then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from Miranda House, Delhi University from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Psychosocial Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi between 2014 and 2016. Most recently, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2019.
