Ciro Menna

Ciro Menna has a wide range of work experience in various roles related to business development, project management, and technical management. Ciro is currently employed as the Business Unit Director at TERMO since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a consultant in formwork technologies and construction methods as a self-employed individual starting in November 2018.

From 2016 to 2018, Ciro Menna served as a Project Manager and Business Developer at Doka. Ciro was responsible for managing projects and developing business opportunities. Before joining Doka, they worked at Pilosio SpA from 2013 to 2016 in two different roles. Ciro was initially the Key Account Sales Manager and Business Development professional, and later they served as the Technical Manager.

Ciro Menna's earlier experience includes their time at Doka from 2001 to 2013, where they held multiple roles. Ciro started as a Project Engineer, handling technical solutions and feasibility studies. Later, they became the Technical Manager for the Padova branch, where they provided technical coaching, sales support, and on-site technical assistance. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager, leading teams and overseeing cost and profit control.

Prior to their work at Doka, Ciro Menna worked as a Technician and Designer at Rocksoil S.r.l. in 1999, and they gained practical experience as an Apprentice at Studio geotecnico Garassino S.r.l. from 1997 to 1999.

Ciro Menna attended I.T.G. C. Cattaneo from 1988 to 1993. Ciro then went on to study at Università di Pavia from 1994 to 1998, focusing on the field of study of Facoltà di Ingegneria Civile.
