Skye Spear

Skye Spear is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the eCommerce and technology sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Tern since January 2021, Skye aims to innovate the returns process for customers and merchants. Previously, Skye held various vice president roles at Signifyd from April 2014 to December 2020, focusing on global partnerships and business development to eliminate fraud as a barrier in eCommerce. Prior roles include Business Development and Strategic Alliances Manager at Silver Tail Systems, and Account Manager and Sr. Product Marketing Manager at RSA, where Skye specialized in identity protection and fraud prevention. Skye began a career in technology as a Sr. Software Engineer at EMC and co-founded a web design company, First North Technology. Skye holds a BSBA in Marketing from Stonehill College and an MBA in High Tech from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
