Eleanor Lu

Eleanor Lu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, communications, and research. Currently serving as the Senior Internal Operations Manager at Tern Bicycles since February 2021, Eleanor has a strong background in overseeing day-to-day operations, as demonstrated during tenure as Operations Director at Otteroo, where responsibilities included managing customer service, research projects, and marketing strategies. Previous roles include contributions to Fanpop as an editorial writer, research work at Wagaroo, and serving as an Intelligence Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency, managing large-scale programs and performing a rotational assignment as ethics attorney. Eleanor’s early career involved directing communications for the Organization of Chinese Americans.
