Jen Dickson is an experienced professional in the bicycle industry, currently serving as the Customer Relations Coordinator for North America at Tern Bicycles since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jen worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Kali Protectives for a brief period and held the position of Sales Manager at Hollywood Racks from January 2017 to February 2023, where Jen led a team of over 10 individuals and significantly increased operational sales efficiency. Jen also served as Inside Sales Manager at KHS Bicycles, achieving a 15% sales increase through innovative sales contests. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at Helens Cycles and Mechanic at Jones Bicycle and Northampton Bicycle, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and technical skills. Jen completed high school at Westerville South High School from 1997 to 2000.

Our mission is to keep the planet a livable place for future generations and we're committed to encouraging more people to use bicycles for their transport needs. We design and manufacture bicycles designed for urban mobility, specifically electric bicycles, cargo bicycles, and folding bicycles. Our company is young, diverse and growing quickly. We are headquartered in Taiwan but our team is also spread around the world in the United States, China, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, and the UK. Our products are sold in 72 countries by great partners who have grown to become friends. Although we love to have fun and design outstandingly great products, we're also here to make a difference. Beyond focusing all of our efforts on useful products, we also donate 1% of net profits every year to social and environmental causes.
