Dana Alaarag

Dana Alaarag is an Executive Management Advisor at TERN Deutschland, where they support strategic growth, enterprise management, and international workforce mobility. They have experience ensuring quality standards in recruitment and language training, having previously served as Country Manager for Jordan at Rekruut, leading the recruitment of nurses and engineers from Jordan to Germany. Dana was also a Trainee at the German Parliament, gaining expertise in diplomacy, teamwork, and public relations. They hold a Master’s degree in European Studies and are currently enrolled in a language course at Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
