Lee Weil

Lee Weil is an experienced facilities manager with a strong background in overseeing large properties. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Howard Ternes Packaging Co since March 2021, Lee manages over one million square feet across more than ten facilities in Southeastern Michigan and Toledo, contributing to the operations of a family-owned Tier 1 auto industry supplier. Previously, as Facilities Supervisor at Comcast/NBC Universal from September 2019 to March 2021, Lee was responsible for managing compliance and operational activities for 77 facilities totaling 540,000 square feet. Lee's career began at QED Environmental Systems where Lee worked as Shipping Manager from September 1984 to September 2019. Lee holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Design from Schoolcraft College, earned between 1980 and 1982.
