Fernando Favaro

Fernando Favaro is the Director of Community Relations, Public Relations, and Occupational Health at Ternium, where they oversee social development programs and community integration initiatives. Previously, Fernando held various roles within Ternium, including Manager of Social Development and Labor Relations Coordinator. They contributed significantly to training programs, community engagement, and health occupational policies. Fernando holds an Executive MBA and a degree in Electrical Engineering, and they also have certification in coaching from Newfield Consulting.
