Laura Baños has extensive experience at Ternium since December 2006, currently serving as the Global Head of Ternium University School of Management and previously holding various roles in HR, including Senior Manager of Learning Experience and HR Business Partner Manager. Laura has developed learning strategies that enhance employee experiences, implemented global corporate university initiatives, and aligned HR strategies with business needs across multiple functions. Prior to Ternium, Laura worked as a Training Trainee at Siderar SAIC. Laura holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and has pursued advanced studies in Human Resources and Leadership Excellence, along with certifications in Ontological Coaching.
