Marcelo Machado

Marcelo Machado is a seasoned project manager with over 18 years of experience in CAPEX project implementation, maintenance engineering, and equipment reliability. Currently serving as the Gerente de Projetos Siderúrgicos at Ternium, they are responsible for managing and implementing CAPEX projects within the steel industry. Previously, Marcelo held various leadership roles at Gerdau, where they contributed to performance improvement initiatives and played a key role in the pioneering SMDO project related to Industry 4.0. Marcelo's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Business Management and a postgraduate degree in Project Management, complemented by a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
