Rocío Lugo

Rocío Lugo is a Project Engineer at Ternium, a leading steel production company in Latin America, where they focus on greenfield and brownfield projects, including mechanical assembly and resource management for a new galvanizing line. They have certifications in industrial safety, coupling alignment, and lifting supervision, and possess strong competencies in project development and engineering. Previously, Rocío worked at ArcelorMittal México, coordinating the closure of a new hot strip mill and supervising brownfield projects. They are passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of the steel industry. Rocío holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo.
