Mauricio Renderos is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Production, Planning, and Warehousing. They have successfully utilized customer feedback, innovation, A3 thinking, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Analysis, and Situational Leadership to achieve significant improvements in quality, service, and cost metrics. Having held leadership roles at companies such as Termoencogibles, Hermano Textil, Ternova, and AVX, Mauricio led more than 12 Value Stream Analysis and over 30 continuous improvement events. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from ISEADE - FEPADE and an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de El Salvador.
