Lia Dougherty

Lia Dougherty is a Capital Markets Analyst at Ternus Lending, where they support day-to-day loan sales in a fast-paced real estate lending environment. Lia holds a degree in Economics with a minor in English from Davidson College, where they developed skills in econometrics and statistical analysis. They served as a research assistant, designing automated data pipelines and applying generative AI for insight extraction. Additionally, Lia has demonstrated a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through leadership roles in the Pan-Asian Student Association and work with the Center for Student Diversity & Inclusion.
