Prior roles include Director at Stonehenge Capital, Attorney at CLARK.LAW, and various leadership positions at Wells Fargo, including SVP, Separability Manager, and VP, Head of Legal Entity Policy and Governance. Additional experience includes roles in compliance and legal counsel with organizations such as New Penn Financial, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, JPMorgan Chase, and the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Lindsey holds a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BA in Political Science and Criminology from The Ohio State University.
