Tim Herriage is the Chairman and CEO of Ternus, The Investors’ Lender, a real estate investment lending company focused on fast, transparent funding solutions for investors. They have founded and led multiple real estate ventures, including Real Estate Investment Companies (owner since 2002), Elevate Private Capital (2016–2018), 2020 REI Group (2015–2018), REI Expo (2010–2015), REI Choice Insurance (2017–2021), 3L Finance (2016–2018), and Investable Realty (founder, 2015–2018). They have over two decades of experience in real estate investing, lending, and entrepreneurship, with $3 billion in transactions. They are a founding member of Forbes Real Estate Council (2017–Present and have held leadership roles at RCN Capital, including Executive Director (2021–2023).
