At Terotech we are maintenance experts — covering the spectrum from strategic asset management to systems and data optimization and all the way to hands-on, dirty and demanding maintenance work.

- We take care of your technical assets, so you can focus on what you do best.

We believe the world works better when maintenance is planned, controlled, and continuously improved. When maintenance is in order, organizations are free to innovate, grow, and develop their core business.

Based in Esbjerg and supporting customers internationally, we understand how quality systems and data matter—and we know how to turn them into maintenance strategies that truly live and perform within organizations. Just as importantly, we focus on the people behind the assets, because sustainable maintenance excellence starts with the people behind.

What defines us:
•	We go beyond the technical aspects and focus on the people involved
•	We see maintenance from every angle
•	We work agile, holistically, and always go the extra mile
•	We value strong partnerships and enjoy developing alongside ambitious, like minded organizations
•	We are curious, open, and committed to finding sustainable solutions

Founded in 2013, Terotech entered a new chapter in 2023 when Christian Juel Adamsen took full ownership and renamed the company: Terotech which means to care for. This is exactly what we do: We care for your equipment and for the people behind it.

Our three core areas of expertise:
•	Hands-on maintenance of rotating equipment – commissioning, installation, maintenance, spare parts, and seamless planning, coordination, communication and counseling
•	Systems & data excellence – CMMS configuration and implementation, governance, standards, data optimization and much more
•	Strategic asset management – developing strategies and implementation plans that drive cultural change and measurable performance improvements
