Prior to this role, Chad held various leadership positions at LiDestri Food and Drink, including Field Quality Manager and Senior Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing plant performance in relation to safety, quality, and productivity. Additionally, Chad served as Plant Manager and Production Manager at LiDestri Spirits, managing all aspects of plant operations and production. Chad's earlier experience includes roles at Consolidated Container Company, where responsibilities included ensuring workplace safety and maintaining quality standards, as well as positions at Parlec, Inc. and Spinco Metal Products, Inc., focusing on supervision and production management.
