David Weber

David Weber is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Principal Developer at TerpSys since March 2005, David contributes to a consulting firm dedicated to customer satisfaction, staff development, and community service. Prior to TerpSys, David held key roles at Manugistics from 1996 to 2005, where responsibilities included Principal Developer and Senior Development Manager, earning a reputation for delivering quality results. Earlier, from 1987 to 1996, David worked as a Software Developer at GTE Government Systems, leading projects in enterprise imaging processing and voice transcription systems. David earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, where education took place from 1982 to 1986.
