Jim Wright is currently the Director of Safety and Health and Senior Principal at Terracon, a position held since 2016. Previously, they served as Director of Safety at WDC Exploration & Wells from 2005 to 2012, where they significantly enhanced safety standards, and as Compliance Manager at National Exploration, Wells & Pumps from 2012 to 2016, achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Before that, Wright was a Safety Manager at Layne Christensen from 1992 to 2006. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Central Missouri.
