Tom Brown, CHC, is an accomplished construction professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as President at Terra Construction since June 2005, Tom oversees operations as a managing partner of a Commercial General Contractor. Prior experience includes Director of Construction Services at Miller Dunwiddie Architecture, where Tom managed the construction services division and provided cost estimating and scheduling. Tom also held the position of Construction Manager at the Metropolitan Airports Commission, focusing on aviation-related project management, and Project Manager at Egan Company, specializing in mechanical estimating and project management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, graduated in 1987.
