Thomas Flanagan is a Senior Federal Estimator at Terra Constructs, where they focus on historic restoration projects. They grew up as an Army brat, moving across the U.S. and Europe, which instilled a passion for historic architecture. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural History from Virginia Commonwealth University, they worked as a carpenter's apprentice with the Restoration Builders of Virginia, later becoming the President of the company. Thomas has held various roles in project management and estimating, contributing significantly to the industry through their expertise in quality workmanship.
