Since 2008, Terra Drilling has been a trusted partner in Australia’s resource sector, delivering exceptional diamond drilling services with a strong emphasis on flexibility, agility, and a client-focused approach. Based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, we are a family-owned and operated business led by Toad and Patricia Dowdall, dedicated to understanding and exceeding the unique needs of every client.

Our modern fleet, which includes Boart Longyear KWL 1600H and Hanjin 35 Multi track-mounted drill rigs, MAN Trucks, and Toyota Landcruisers, is supported by an in-house logistics department. This allows us to adapt swiftly to diverse project requirements, whether mobilising to remote locations or adjusting to changing conditions. Our ability to tailor solutions, combined with Coreplan’s cutting-edge e-plod technology, ensures clients can track drill performance and production in real-time, keeping their projects on time and within budget.

Our commitment to operational excellence, safety, and environmental sustainability matches our focus on building long-term partnerships. This client-first mindset allows us to deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes while maintaining the highest standards across all operations.
