Prior to this role, Gregory served as an independent consultant from 2020 to 2021, focusing on conservation finance and impact investing strategies for various clients, including Encourage Capital and Forest Carbon. From 2014 to 2018, Gregory was the Founding Director of Conservation at Reserva Ecológica Panamaes / IMKM Design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Environmental Management from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
