Daoud Khalaf

Daoud Khalaf is a Procurement and Contracts Consultant with 40 years of experience in contracts (FIDIC), procurement, and purchasing across multiple disciplines, including major projects in the UAE. Previously, they served as a Procurement and Purchasing Manager at Drake and Scull and held various key roles in organizations such as AECOM, Danway LLC, and Parsons. Presently, Daoud is the Commercial Director at Terra and the Procurement Manager for the Reefscape Restoration Initiative at Shusha Island. They possess exceptional communication and management skills, adept at implementing policies, negotiating contracts, and mitigating risks while ensuring cost savings across projects. Daoud earned an M.Sc. in Construction Engineering & Project Management from the University of Michigan and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
