Josh Rands is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software and controls engineering. As the Founder and CEO of TerraCity since December 2022 and Co-Founder and President of Clean Planet Project since June 2020, Josh has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and a commitment to innovative solutions. Previous roles include Senior Autonomous Systems Engineer and Senior Software and Robotics Engineer at Lunar Outpost from February 2022 to April 2023 and a Firmware Engineer at Trimble Inc. from May 2019 to February 2022, where Josh developed autonomous capabilities for off-road machines. Academic achievements include significant research in swarm robotics at Colorado School of Mines, complemented by internships at The Aerospace Corporation and various mentoring and teaching experiences. Josh Rands holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines.
