Will Palmisano

Will Palmisano is currently the Carbon Registry Lead at Terradot, specializing in carbon removal technologies. Previously, they served as a Business Development Manager at Isometric, where they contributed to the company reaching its first $5 million in booked revenue. At Aledade, they held multiple roles, including Technical Product Manager and Manager of Business Intelligence, while also initiating the company's climate program that achieved carbon neutrality. Will began their career as a Senior Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution, focusing on healthcare policy and alternative payment models. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College.
