TerraForm Projects is a real estate development company focused on the creation of wellness facilities and the communities that support them. We create healing campuses of collaborative and diverse practitioners within a vibrant community of homes, designed with beautiful, life-giving architecture to amplify health and well-being.

The design of our properties follows thoughtful pattern languages, proportions, scale and geometry to bring forth balance and elicit feelings of safety, serenity, peace, transcendence, awe and wonder. Through a deep connection to nature, an emphasis on natural light, privacy, use of natural materials, and access to quality food and water, our properties offer a foundation to enhance the healing experience.

Our campuses serve as places of self-discovery and individuation, offering a variety of holistic practices to accommodate individuals at any stage of their healing journey. These are also spaces for social gathering and community, where classes, workshops, dinners, ceremonies, concerts and other events are held. We recognize that complete healing manifests from both deep inner work and contemplation, as well as through ecstatic community engagement and relationships.
